• Costs and Payment Procedures 2012-13
• Every student enrolled full-time at Providence must have medical insurance coverage.  This requirement may be met through personal medical insurance or through the college insurance program.  If you have your own insurance, you MUST waive the college’s student medical insurance program (PDF brochure) online at the Associated Student Insurance Agency portal. The deadline to waive is 8/26/2011.
  Rates for 2011/2012 (8/19/11 – 8/18/11) are:
  • Student Only – Sickness and Major Medical $300.00
  • Each dependent – Injury, Sickness & Major Medical $1,165.00
